Job Overview

We are inviting candidates for the role of Executive & Senior Executive in Domestic Voice Process at our Chennai office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a work-from-office role located in Pallavaram, Chennai, requiring immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound voice calls efficiently.
• Delivering excellent customer service in domestic voice processes.
• Maintaining clear and precise communication with clients.
• Adhering to rotational work shifts and schedules.
• Working actively for 5 days a week with 2 rotational off days.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate degree with no pending arrears.
• Excellent command of English including grammar, sentence structure, and pronunciation.
• Fluency in one or more of these languages: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Freshers as well as candidates with any level of experience in inbound/outbound calls will be considered.
• Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
