Role Overview
The company is looking for experienced customer support professionals who can join immediately and communicate confidently in English. The role is based in Chennai and involves working in fixed night shifts with weekly off on Saturday and Sunday.
Interview Process
The interview will be conducted virtually for all rounds.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support. A graduation degree is not mandatory. Applicants must have strong communication skills, be ready to join immediately, and be willing to work in the specified shift timings.
Shift Details
Two fixed shift options are available: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am, or 8:30 pm to 5:30 am. In both cases, the weekly off falls on Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation
The salary is non-negotiable. Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience will receive a take-home salary of 24,000 per month, plus a 2,500 performance bonus and free pick-up and drop transport. Candidates with more than 1 year of experience will receive a take-home salary of 26,000 per month, plus a 2,500 performance bonus and free pick-up and drop transport.
Assessment Instructions
Applicants are required to complete an assessment using a mobile phone or computer. The device camera must be enabled during the assessment. After completion, candidates must share their name, contact number, email ID, and date of birth through the provided contact number.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls according to client and contact center guidelines while delivering a strong service experience on every interaction.
- Track, acknowledge, document, and resolve customer complaints in an effective manner.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs and directions from the business.
