PageProof is recognized as the world's leading review and approval platform, trusted by major global brands. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Auckland office and contribute to our growth as we expand our reach.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on driving platform adoption, enhancing client retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify accounts facing challenges proactively and implement effective turnaround strategies.
- Conduct training sessions, hold Q&A gatherings, and create short-form video content to support customer education.
- Collaborate closely with other Customer Success Managers and an international team based in Auckland and London.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to provide actionable information to the product team for continual improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-centric roles.
- Ability to confidently engage with international clients operating across different time zones.
- Excellent communication capabilities combined with a strong professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working with technology and leveraging data to guide decisions.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
Work Environment
This position is based at our headquarters in Birkenhead, Auckland, where you will be part of a tightly-knit team of Customer Success Managers. The role requires some flexible working hours due to the international scope involving customers and colleagues in London across several time zones. This role offers valuable international exposure without relocating from New Zealand.
