Position Overview
A rapidly expanding SaaS company serving the construction sector is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance client success and deliver substantial value to organizations utilizing its technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a client portfolio throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle such as onboarding, implementation, engagement, and ongoing account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ranging from operational staff to senior management within client companies.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and reporting to identify growth opportunities, validate value delivery, and align with client goals.
- Facilitate adoption programs, customer engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to improve the customer experience and address changing client requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing position.
- Excellent relationship-building skills oriented toward consultative solutions.
- Comfort with technology platforms, data reporting tools, and analyzing customer data.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, priorities, and ongoing projects effectively.
- Experience in the construction, technology, or operations sectors is highly preferred.
- Possession of a full driving license and willingness to travel to client locations in Ireland one to two times per month.
