Role Overview

The Customer Strategy and Planning Coordinator supports the customer strategy team by managing various projects, from creating presentations to handling detailed spreadsheets.   • Assist in compiling the annual detailed sales forecast and monthly updates, coordinating with RGM and Finance to ensure accurate volume and net revenue planning by product and customer within the region.

  • Track daily and weekly consumption against forecasts for assigned divisions and analyze variances from projected plans.
  • Maintain internal trackers for customer sales teams, providing headquarters with visibility into innovation timelines, meeting schedules, and activation plans.
  • Identify planning prospects alongside RGM using tools such as volume planners, trade planning systems, syndicated data, and trade spending objectives.
  • Proactively detect forecast gaps by comparing syndicated consumption data to projected sales per customer.
  • Ensure all internal planning and communication resources remain current with promotional, distribution, meeting, and innovation activities.
