Role Overview
The company is hiring a customer-oriented, well-organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the main contact for clients. This person will help customers plan, coordinate, and enjoy their travel journey from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle questions from customers by phone, email, and social media in a prompt and professional way.
- Support clients with arranging travel products such as flights, accommodation, vacation packages, and excursions.
- Address customer concerns and work toward positive solutions.
- Keep client information and booking records accurate and up to date.
- Offer travel suggestions and guidance based on each client’s needs.
- Check in with clients before and after their trips to help ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with teammates to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Some prior experience in customer service is required; experience in the travel sector is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with good people skills.
- Solid ability to solve problems effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers, reservation tools, and social media platforms.
- Genuine interest in travel and in helping others.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with travel booking systems such as Expedia or Amadeus.
- Experience in sales or recommending additional services.
- Ability to manage several tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.
