This opportunity is for a Customer Service Representative to operate from our Auckland Central office, focusing on our Ecotricity product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers with inquiries relating to Ecotricity products.
- Handle customer questions and transactions promptly and professionally to ensure outstanding service.
- Use customer interactions to promote growth by supporting sales through both incoming and outgoing communications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions within company systems.
- Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively to contribute to a productive and encouraging team atmosphere.
- Comply with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements during customer request processing.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Strong customer orientation with the capacity to listen actively, clarify needs, and respond effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and remain objective in challenging interactions.
- Dependable and responsible in fulfilling commitments and adhering to processes.
- A positive and resilient approach to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Preference for working within structured environments and motivated by goal attainment.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with working hours between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The starting salary is $60,300 annually. Upon demonstrating strong performance and gaining confidence in your role, discussions regarding potential hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
