About the Role
We are offering a full-time Customer Service Consultant position within the pre-construction administration team at Stevie Redback Pest Control, located in Brendale, Queensland. This permanent role requires working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls and email inquiries primarily from builders and concreters.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer questions and issues.
- Coordinate scheduling of pre-construction pest control installations.
- Prepare and issue Form 12s, Form 43s, and Certificates of Installation upon job completion.
- Verify payments and dispatch necessary certification documents to customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Achieve call handling and internal sales performance targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Professional telephone communication skills.
- Background in pest control or construction/building industries is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to remain composed and multitask efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude toward supporting colleagues.
- Dependable, professional, and punctual work ethic.
