Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients through various channels, comprehending their investment goals, and advising them on unlisted equity and Pre-IPO investment opportunities. This role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain contact with HNI clients via calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Assess client investment objectives and suggest appropriate unlisted share and Pre-IPO investment options.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling unlisted equity and Pre-IPO products.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential prospects.
- Regularly update clients on market trends and new investment opportunities through consistent follow-ups.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from generating leads to finalizing investments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions within the CRM system.
