Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to establish and sustain productive, mutually advantageous relationships with our clientele. This role involves maintaining consistent communication with clients, comprehending their specific requirements, and recommending suitable services from our portfolio to support their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to evaluate the potential and suitability of future partnerships.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current clients to uphold and reinforce the company's presence.
- Revitalize and resolve inactive or deteriorated client relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand each client’s needs.
- Match appropriate company offerings to align with clients’ objectives and values.
- Discuss and present possible solutions in collaboration with clients.
Additional Information
The incumbent will utilize customer relationship management software to log interactions and progress, ensuring relevant departments have access to updated information. Success in this role requires taking personal responsibility for promoting the clients’ interests while aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 15000 and 25000 Indian Rupees.
