Role Overview
Rich Construction Company Pte Ltd is looking for a Customer Relations Officer (BSC) to support public relations and communication activities for a construction project in Singapore. The position focuses on handling project-related enquiries, coordinating with key stakeholders, and helping reduce issues caused by construction works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the project’s public relations programme.
- Respond to enquiries and feedback connected to the project and liaise with residents, consultants, authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Take early action to help prevent or resolve complaints that may arise from construction activities.
- Manage requests and grievances raised by members of the public.
- Oversee all internal and external communication and publication matters for the project.
- Work closely with contractors to address concerns and minimise complaints linked to site activities.
- Keep filing systems organised and ensure records are updated for fast and easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative assistance and handle other assigned ad hoc tasks when needed.
Requirements
- GCE O Level or A Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the building trade as a BSC supervisor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
