Job Overview
As a Customer Care Executive at 5K Car Care in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and enhancing their service experience. This role involves more than just responding to queries; it includes active follow-ups, managing customer data, and supporting sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and address customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring all issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.
- Engage customers warmly, develop meaningful relationships, and schedule appointments effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases, analyze this data, and compile reports as needed.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads, convert calls into potential sales opportunities, and communicate product information to prospects.
- Ensure new vehicles are adequately prepared for delivery to customers.
- Coordinate programs aimed at following up with customers to strengthen relations and service quality.
- Participate actively in sales, service, and management meetings to stay aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform additional duties as required to support organizational success.
- Address and resolve any customer-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered for this position is between 18,000 and 25,000 INR.
