Role Overview
As part of Nestlé Professional Solutions, which provides foodservice products for workplaces, restaurants, hotels, and educational institutions, you will play a vital role in managing and expanding our partnerships. Our portfolio includes well-known brands like Stouffer's, Coffee mate, Nescafé, and Starbucks. This position focuses on cultivating and growing valued corporate business relationships across diverse sectors including Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate Dining, Hospitality, Recreation, Travel, and Community Living.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships within assigned customer accounts.
- Develop compelling proposals that align with customer needs and insights using storytelling techniques.
- Lead strategic joint business planning and provide detailed reporting for business partners and internal teams.
- Utilize data analytics to inform and drive business decisions.
- Acquire deep channel expertise to become a trusted subject matter authority.
- Manage and negotiate complex partnership contracts and programs with existing and prospective partners.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis on high-value partnerships to evaluate potential benefits.
- Exhibit strong executive presence and professional maturity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, category management, digital, finance, and field sales to assess business performance and drive initiatives.
- Lead implementations of new programs and national account rollouts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year program.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in direct B2B sales or general management within Fortune 500 companies, premium/luxury brands, or food & beverage industries.
- At least 3 years managing national programs and negotiating complex contracts.
- Strong foundation in financial principles.
- Functional knowledge across marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy.
- Ability to adapt strategies and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and proposal management.
- Capable of simplifying complex information for clear communication.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is estimated between $120,000 and $160,000, subject to individual qualifications and location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives, a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching, healthcare coverage, and various other perks. Specific benefits may vary by position.
