Job Purpose
The role focuses on driving insurance sales through an assigned team and managing the orphan database across various campaigns. It involves providing comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and the sales team. The objective is not only to meet targets but also to ensure steady business growth each quarter.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement a loyalty model to maintain strong relationships with orphan customers.
- Drive up-selling through assigned campaigns and ensure collection of renewals to conserve Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Achieve premium and new business targets contributing to overall company growth.
- Distribute leads among team members aligned with target goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly against top-line and health indicators.
- Provide continuous guidance and support during sales processes, lead conversions, and deal closures.
- Actively engage in reward and recognition activities promoted by the organization to motivate the team.
- Ensure smooth operation of sales and related processes, including communication of process or policy changes through training modules.
- Oversee that sales visits, policy issuance, and complaint resolution proceed without obstacles.
- Align team member skills with job responsibilities to maximize productivity and allocate targets based on business unit opportunities.
- Review business quality periodically to provide insightful feedback to superiors.
- Meet persistency targets by timely renewal efforts and undertake necessary corrective actions to maintain customer retention.
- Recruit new team members on schedule and manage attrition within defined limits.
- Deliver ongoing on-the-job training and skill development to enhance team capability.
