Role Overview
Crew members are essential to daily operations, engaging directly with customers by welcoming them, processing orders, making burritos, restocking items, handling basic food preparation, keeping tables clean, and cross-training in various tasks within the team. This role offers exposure to all activities involved in running a busy Guzman y Gomez outlet.
Candidate Profile
- Available to work weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4pm.
- Previous experience in hospitality or fast-paced settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn, open to coaching, and committed to putting in effort.
- A positive and dependable attitude with a commitment to completing tasks.
