Role Overview

Joining Chipotle as a Crew Member means becoming part of a team focused on transforming the fast-food experience. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork and customer interaction.
• Have a strong desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) required at the work location.
