Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be trained to prepare fresh food manually at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We seek passionate individuals, with or without prior experience in hospitality or food service, who are eager to learn and grow. This role offers a clear pathway for career advancement, with more than 80% of our managers having begun their careers as Crew Members.
