Crew Member - Late Night Shift

Wendy’s is looking for a Crew Member for the late-night shift in Saline, MI. This role is part of the restaurant team from day one and focuses on delivering quality food, friendly service, and a clean, well-run environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the crew to support customers and teammates with a positive attitude
• Step in and help wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
• Prepare food, serve guests, and help maintain a restaurant that meets brand standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable throughout the shift

Requirements

• Bring a helpful, upbeat attitude and a willingness to support both coworkers and customers
• Be open to learning new skills and contributing to a positive team environment
• Take initiative to correct issues when something is not right
• Be able to remain on your feet and move around for most or all of the shift
• Comfortably use restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
• Follow company standards and procedures while handling food and serving guests

The pay range for this position is $13.73 to $14.50 per hour. Wendy’s has an ongoing need for this role.
