Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain outstanding customer service that cultivates a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Engage positively with team members and customers to enhance overall dining experience.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate passion for assisting customers and supporting team members.
- Eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive wages ranging from $18.25 to $19.25, dependent on experience, skills, and education.
- Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
- Free meals during shifts.
