Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently work in various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Our workplace culture encourages growth—with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew roles. Whether you have experience in food service or are new to the field, enthusiasm and a commitment to customer service are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily by hand, ensuring quality and presentation meet Chipotle’s standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Operate at different stations such as grill, cashier, food prep, salsa making, and expedition according to training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace complying with safety and health guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Show passion for helping and serving both customers and team members.
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking techniques and food preparation skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the restaurant location.
