Role overview

We are hiring a Cost Controller for a well-established hospitality and leisure business in Malta. This position sits within a lively food and beverage plus retail setting and is suited to someone who is precise, analytical, and eager to progress in a commercially driven operational role.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and regulate spending on food, beverages, and other operational supplies across the business.
  • Work out ingredient costs and help shape menu costing and pricing decisions.
