Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Executive position is centered on handling motorcycle sales enquiries, guiding buyers through the purchase journey, and supporting delivery and transfer processes while meeting monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage both walk-in customers and online enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and suggest motorcycles that match their requirements.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and manage test rides.
- Track leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
- Turn enquiries into confirmed sales and work toward monthly targets.
- Clearly explain pricing, loan/financing options, insurance, and ownership transfer steps.
- Keep customer and sales information updated and accurate.
- Support the paperwork process, RC transfer, and final delivery coordination.
- Recommend accessories, warranty plans, and other related add-ons.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat purchases.
- Stay informed about available stock and current market movement.
- Share daily updates on sales activity and follow-ups.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation ability.
- Genuine interest in motorcycles.
- Working familiarity with sales tools, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong customer-service focus.
Additional Information
