Position Overview
This remote contract opportunity seeks a Corporate Finance Expert specializing in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance. The role offers compensation ranging from $50 to $58 per hour and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design complex financial prompts and exercises reflecting intricacies found in investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance.
- Develop exemplary solutions using Excel and PowerPoint to serve as standards for AI model assessments.
- Create detailed grading frameworks to uniformly evaluate AI-generated outputs on transactions and modeling tasks.
- Build, adjust, and review sophisticated financial models such as three-statement, valuation, leveraged buyout (LBO), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare transaction analyses and investment materials with professional, client-ready quality.
- Ensure precision, clarity, and compliance with industry norms across all deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven hands-on expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario planning and model accuracy validation.
- Ability to craft refined PowerPoint presentations and investment decks to a high professional standard.
- Familiarity with typical templates and workflows used in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
- Established experience working directly on active deals, investments, or transaction execution.
