Primary Purpose

This position serves as a key authority in corporate development, steering significant transactional initiatives from inception to completion. The role defines adviser engagement strategies, ensures reliable synergy realization, and aligns growth opportunities with divisional goals and accepted risk levels.

Responsibilities

• Craft and prioritize a division-specific transaction roadmap, effectively managing opportunity sequencing and resource allocation.
• Lead complex and transformative deals throughout their full lifecycle, overseeing cross-functional outcomes.
• Provide executive guidance on capital allocation, balancing risk-adjusted returns with strategic objectives through detailed decision and board materials.
• Determine adviser selections, negotiate fee agreements, and assess adviser performance via outcome metrics.
• Handle escalated issues in negotiations and due diligence by facilitating stakeholder consensus.
• Authorize integration plans and ensure effective synergy monitoring and accountability.
• Act as the corporate representative in dialogues with strategic partners, investors, and regulatory entities.
• Coach senior personnel and contribute to developing a strong corporate development team.
