About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost and performance accounting while setting relevant objectives for the company.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
- Create and analyze reports for informed decision-making.

- Monitor key business metrics continuously and prepare them as a basis for managerial decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed degree in finance, business administration, or a related qualification.
- Proven solid experience in controlling functions.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and other standard reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to critically question financial data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactively with high motivation and accountability.
- Independent, careful, and conscientious working style.
