- Help develop strategic frameworks and collaborate with teams across Ad Sales, Partnerships, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
- Stay informed on industry trends and streaming innovations to keep Roku competitive.
- Analyze viewer preferences and behaviors.
- Lead ad hoc projects with tight timelines under uncertain conditions, delivering impactful outcomes.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in content strategy or related roles within streaming, media, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong passion for video content and understanding of streaming business models including SVOD, AVOD, and FAST.
- Knowledge of ad sales and sponsorship deal structures such as packaging, RFPs, and integrations.
- Ability to anticipate industry shifts and apply data-driven strategies to improve monetization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with familiarity in analytics tools like Looker; experience with AirTable and Salesforce is a plus.
- Data-oriented problem-solving skills paired with creativity and business insight.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and agents to enhance workflow, analysis, and productivity.
- Project management capabilities to oversee calendars, communications, and deliverables.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Collaborative approach with a team-first mindset and flexibility to lead or support tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
