Role Overview

As a Content Marketing Specialist in BlueRock's forward-thinking digital team, you will play a crucial role in scaling Australia’s exciting businesses across diverse categories through holistic content strategies. You will oversee strategy development and seamless execution across paid media, SEO, CRM, and various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage top-of-funnel (TOF) and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) content plans aligned with business objectives, distributed across search engines, emails, social platforms, videos, and lead magnets.
• Perform market and audience research to formulate compelling strategies that enhance engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including nurturing sequences to boost acquisition and retention metrics.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, cultivate strong relationships, and deliver comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Manage organic social media content across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, including planning, caption writing, designer coordination or direct design in Figma, proofreading, and scheduling posts.
• Upload and configure creatives in advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, working alongside paid media experts.
• Write and refine engaging, brand-consistent long-form content that resonates with target audiences.
• Capture client content using handheld devices, overseeing everything from conceptualization and logistics to filming, interviewing, and editing short engaging videos.
• Coordinate with external vendors including videographers, designers, and platform partners to ensure high-quality content delivery when necessary.
• Conduct SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to increase traffic and brand awareness, setting clear key performance indicators (KPIs) for multiple channels.
• Deliver regular analytics reports covering organic and paid media to guide brand and content strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing content on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficient understanding of copywriting in English.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and paid media advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
