Conceptual Brands is a family-run Australian distributor of premium professional haircare labels, servicing salons, barbers and retailers across the country. About the role
This part-time, on-site position is based in Brisbane, Queensland. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Digital & Community Executive. It focuses on planning, creating and delivering compelling photo and video content for the Conceptual Brands portfolio, education programs and events.
The position also supports the wider digital marketing function by producing high-quality visual assets tailored for online channels such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
What you'll do
- Conceptualise and deliver creative content ideas for campaigns, events and brand initiatives.
- Capture, produce and edit photo and video assets for use across digital platforms.
- Create content designed specifically for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Adapt visual style and creative direction to suit multiple brands and both B2B and D2C audiences.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and video editing tools to produce polished assets.
- Apply digital marketing knowledge to support brand awareness, audience engagement and content performance.
- Review performance insights and use them to improve future content and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate several projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, small-team environment.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in planning, shooting and editing content for digital channels.
- Confidence in producing platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and video editing software.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including engagement and brand-building.
- Ability to tailor creative output to different brand identities and audience types.
- Experience interpreting content insights and using data to improve results.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- A background in fashion, beauty or hair is desirable.
