Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator to join our team in London, contributing to making notable confectionery brands popular on social media feeds. This role involves participating in all stages of content creation, from brainstorming ideas to appearing in, filming, and editing engaging content that connects with audiences and encourages sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce social-first content, managing everything from filming to editing stages.
• Create short-form video content efficiently without compromising on quality.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as in-app editing tools like CapCut, to craft platform-specific content.
• Collaborate daily with creatives, producers, designers, and fellow content creators.
• Stay informed about current social media trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments.
• Assist brands in establishing a socially relevant presence.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Travel for shoots as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 2–3 years of experience working in social agencies, production companies, or other fast content environments.
• Be proficient in independently managing shooting, editing, and generating original ideas.
• Capable of setting up shoots from start to finish, including technical aspects like lighting and audio.
• Comfortable performing on camera when necessary.
• Have a keen sense for content that captures attention and retains viewer engagement.
• Adaptable to various brands, target audiences, and styles.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience using professional cameras such as Sony FX3, Canon R5, or RED Dragon, beyond smartphone filming.
• Comfort in directing non-professional actors and making them feel at ease on camera.
• Passion for football with a portfolio showcasing related content.
