Job Responsibilities

• Performing earthworks and road construction tasks including building and renovating roads, sidewalks, and road infrastructure.
• Carrying out tasks related to water and sewage systems.
• Preparing and leveling surfaces for asphalt and paving stone installation.
• Laying paving stones, curbs, and edging elements.
• Constructing road foundations and preparing surfaces accordingly.
• Operating basic construction tools and machinery.
• Collaborating with the team on ongoing road and paving projects.
• Maintaining cleanliness at the worksite and complying with safety regulations (BHP).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in earthworks or roadwork positions.
• Communicative proficiency in German or English is necessary.
• Possession of a private vehicle is required for commuting to job sites, offering freedom and autonomy locally.
• Own work clothing and basic construction tools are mandatory.
