직무 설명
Overview
This role involves keeping the construction site organized and clean, as well as performing minor punch-out tasks under guidance from the construction management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the construction site.
- Handle yard duties such as watering grass and removing weeds.
- Carry out minor warranty and finishing tasks involving frame, paint, sheetrock, carpentry, and similar work as delegated.
Required Competencies
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Adaptability and flexibility in work assignments.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current, valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various work sites.
- At least one year of relevant experience in construction assistance or related duties.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools.
