Position Summary

The Concierge role is an integral part of the Concierge Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service aligned with Forbes Five Star standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, adhering to brand protocols.
• Assist guests with booking rooms, managing service requests, and addressing general inquiries.
• Collaborate with different internal departments to meet guest needs with efficiency.
• Provide guests with accurate details about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Handle guest complaints empathetically, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain thorough documentation of calls, requests, and follow-up actions.
• Manage wake-up calls, room service orders, and special guest arrangements.
• Ensure delivery of services up to Forbes Five Star quality standards.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Support front desk activities during busy periods or special events.
• Stay informed on the property’s policies, promotions, and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong skills in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Professional phone manner and a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to work shifts that include weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Predominantly desk-based role involving extended phone use.
• Previous training and experience adhering to Forbes Travel Guide standards are required.
