Overview
Our client, a reputable Compliance Consultancy based in DIFC, Dubai, seeks a seasoned Compliance Officer to enhance their team. This role demands considerable expertise in compliance specifically within the financial sector, coupled with an ability to navigate regulatory frameworks effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage compliance duties as an authorized officer under DFSA or ADGM regulations.
- Apply deep knowledge of international laws and DIFC regulatory requirements.
- Oversee client onboarding processes including KYC, AML, and combating terrorist financing (CTF) checks.
- Handle financial crime compliance and sanctions management efficiently.
- Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 10 or more years of relevant compliance experience.
- Previous authorization as a Compliance Officer within DFSA or ADGM jurisdiction.
- Experience working either in a financial services company or within a compliance consultancy environment.
