Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team on a full-time basis. The role involves supporting various kitchen operations including à la carte, room service, banquets, and buffet services. Candidates will work collaboratively across kitchen sections to uphold quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in kitchen operations during all meal periods and service styles.
• Ensure all dishes adhere strictly to established recipes and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation compliant with HACCP and food safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively across different kitchen sections to foster flexibility and increased productivity.
• Support stock rotation and inventory control procedures to reduce waste.
• Contribute to a positive work culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is required.
