Job Role

We seek skilled and innovative bakers committed to delivering top-tier baked products and excellent customer service promptly. Responsibilities include developing and executing recipes, conducting quality inspections on both ingredients and final products, and enhancing the visual appeal of items. Maintaining sanitary conditions throughout the baking process is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage FIFO stock and inventory systems.
• Strict adherence to standard operating procedures within the bakehouse.
• Organize workflow methodically for productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Communicate proactively using Hindi, English, or Tamil.
• Conduct testing to ensure all ingredients and finished products meet stringent food safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of professional experience, with six months specifically in bakery environments.
• Proficiency with professional kitchen tools such as mixers, blenders, and dough sheeters.
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to work during early mornings and night shifts.
