About the Role
A prominent facilities management company located in Dublin 14 is recruiting a motivated Commercial Analyst for a permanent, full-time position. Following a probationary period, the role offers hybrid and flexible working conditions, growth opportunities, and a salary package up to €55,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the detailed analytical oversight of assigned contracts across Ireland. Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to drive overall business profitability. Prepare and present client reports, devise financial pricing models for month-end and year-end reports, and generate business tool reporting. Monitor and track weekly and monthly profitability metrics for designated client accounts. Deliver accurate and insightful management information to facilitate improved commercial decision-making. Implement standardized best practices in commercial finance, category management, and financial reporting across specific accounts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a similar finance-related role is essential. Prior exposure to the facilities management industry is advantageous. Progress toward an accounting certification, such as CIMA or ACCA, is beneficial. Proficiency in commercial analytics alongside hands-on experience with Navision and Excel modeling is required. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively present findings to both clients and internal teams.
Compensation and Benefits
