Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Coach based on-site in Dhahran. The successful candidate will deliver structured guidance, support, and feedback to individuals or teams aimed at achieving performance targets and personal development goals. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating coaching sessions, evaluating current abilities and aspirations, and designing customized action plans aligned with organizational priorities. The Coach will monitor performance, highlight strengths and improvement areas, and provide practical approaches and resources to encourage advancement. Maintaining precise progress documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and assisting in developing programs or workshops to boost overall effectiveness are also integral duties. Professionalism, respect, and confidentiality must be upheld in all engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven background in coaching, mentoring, training, or similar developmental functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling trust and rapport building across diverse groups.
• Capability to analyze individual or team needs and construct structured development programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple coaching assignments efficiently.
• Competence in documenting progress, report preparation, and utilizing digital tools to support coaching efforts.
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality, ethical conduct, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as Education, Psychology, Business, or Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with working on-site in Dhahran or regional experience is preferred.
