About Own My Plot
Own My Plot is an expanding Real Estate Marketing Agency situated in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. We are seeking an enthusiastic Co-Founder to collaborate in building the company from its foundation.
Location and Commitment
- Based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
- Work is conducted offline at the office
- Requires a full-time dedication despite part-time employment type
Who We Need
We want an individual motivated by business, marketing, and real estate, eager to grow alongside the firm.
Primary Duties
- Engage and manage client communications and relationships
- Film and edit property videos effectively
- Develop content for social media platforms
- Administer property listings and promotional campaigns
- Follow up diligently on leads
- Organize site visit schedules
- Support marketing initiatives and business development efforts
- Collaborate directly with the founder to scale business operations
Essential Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in video recording and editing
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing strategies
- Creativity paired with effective problem-solving skills
- Exhibit patience and consistent effort
- Professional work ethic
- Basic understanding of real estate is preferred
Compensation Details
- This role does not offer a fixed monthly salary
- Earn 25% revenue share on each successfully closed transaction you contribute to
- Potential to receive up to a 30% profit share after completing a one-year term and meeting performance goals
Agreement Terms
- Commitment required for a minimum of one year
- Three-month probationary period applies
- Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Mutual exit options available
- Work is conducted offline in Tirupati
