About RocketSingh
RocketSingh is a technology-driven on-demand hyperlocal home services platform that connects verified professionals in cleaning, repairs, appliance servicing, and more with customers. Initially launching in a metro area, it is planned for swift expansion across multiple cities in Nepal.
Current Progress
- Core application architecture and user interface components are currently being developed.
- Backend systems are finalized using Supabase and PostGIS, utilizing OpenStreetMap/Nominatim for geocoding.
- The revenue framework has been established, including commissions, subscriptions, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and business-to-business partnerships.
- A validated startup concept is in place alongside a strategic go-to-market approach.
Role Overview
We seek a Kathmandu-based co-founder to spearhead business development, growth initiatives, or operations. Technical co-founders with relevant expertise are also welcome. Candidates must be enthusiastic about creating a pioneering category-defining hyperlocal services brand in Nepal and comfortable operating in an ambiguous early-stage startup environment where building from the ground up is essential.
Desired Experience: Prior involvement in on-demand or marketplace startups, supply-side operations, or leading city launch strategies will be considered advantageous.
