Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and guest-centered Club Sofitel Attendant to join our distinguished team. The role involves delivering outstanding, customized service to guests, acting as their main contact during their stay, and ensuring every interaction exemplifies the warmth and sophistication associated with the Sofitel brand. This position requires balancing Front Office duties and Food & Beverage service while anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and current promotions to confidently assist guests.
- Provide sincere, tailored, and efficient service, promptly addressing guest requests while surpassing their expectations.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in line with Sofitel's luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service complying with Victorian legislation and RSA certification.
- Manage Club Lounge's food and beverage stock, aligning inventory with occupancy forecasts.
- Conduct guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and accurately.
- Update guest profiles, oversee account management, and ensure accurate charge postings throughout the guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience within luxury hotels, upscale hospitality venues, or customer service sectors, ideally covering both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing superior guest service with a proactive, attentive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
