Role Summary
We seek a meticulous and quick Cloud Kitchen Team Member to join our fulfillment operations. This role is pivotal as it bridges our kitchen's creations with customers, requiring accuracy and speed in preparing and dispatching orders via online platforms like Swiggy and Zomato, along with our own delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently prepare and assemble ice cream scoops, desserts, and bakery items exactly per order specifications.
- Monitor and manage orders coming through Swiggy, Zomato, and self-delivery channels to ensure timely acceptance and processing.
- Perform thorough checks to guarantee order accuracy and adherence to customer requirements before dispatch.
- Ensure rapid order processing and handover to delivery riders to maintain excellent delivery ratings.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging, and workspace cleanliness throughout shifts to avoid delays.
- Uphold stringent hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong pride in work quality, even during busy periods.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and proficient in using merchant apps for delivery platforms.
- Focused on zero-error order fulfillment.
- Dependable team member with punctuality and good coordination with kitchen and delivery staff.
- Experience of 1–2 years in fast-paced cloud kitchens, QSRs, or ice cream parlors managing online delivery orders is advantageous.
Work Details
- Location: Gurgaon (DLF Phase 4, Udyog Vihar Phase 5). Applications accepted only if willing to work at Gurgaon locations.
- Shifts: Evening shift from 3 PM to 1 AM, Day shift from 12 PM to 10 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from 17,000 to 22,000 INR per month, depending on experience and efficiency.
