About the Role
This opportunity is offered by a partner organization searching for a Clinical Support Supervisor based in the United States to work remotely. The position involves leading efforts to enhance clinical quality and nurturing high-performing teams in a virtual setting. The supervisor will mentor clinical team leaders, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery across multiple teams and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach Clinical Supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities and clinical decision-making.
- Ensure uniformity in clinical methods, documentation, supervision, and service delivery among all supported teams.
- Provide interim clinical coverage and operational assistance to guarantee continuous care and necessary medical services.
- Identify and address obstacles affecting clinical quality, client results, or operational efficiency through collaboration.
- Support organizational goals aimed at clinical excellence, quality improvement, and optimizing services.
- Conduct onboarding, training, and professional development for new Clinical Supervisors.
- Enhance learning via observation, feedback, coaching, and practical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders on training initiatives, quality projects, and special assignments.
- Engage in calibration meetings to support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Travel occasionally to clinic sites to provide coaching and consultative support to teams.
Necessary Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- At least two years practicing as a BCBA.
- Experience in clinical supervision within an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) setting.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop clinicians or supervisory staff.
- Strong clinical judgment with commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting initiatives to improve quality.
- Capable of working effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary competitive between $80,000 and $95,000.
