About the Role
German DentAllee Clinic in Dubai is looking for a front-desk receptionist who brings a polished, service-minded approach and a strong commitment to patient care. This position is well suited to someone who can create a smooth and welcoming experience for patients in a high-end healthcare setting.
As the first person patients meet, you will help maintain a professional, organized, and efficient reception experience that reflects premium German dental care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients courteously and provide assistance in a professional, reassuring way.
- Coordinate appointments, including new bookings, confirmations, and changes to schedules.
- Respond to enquiries received by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Work closely with dentists and clinic staff to keep patient movement running smoothly.
- Keep patient information accurate and ensure clinic records and systems are updated.
- Handle payment collection and assist with insurance-related coordination.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front-desk position is required, with healthcare or dental clinic exposure being preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential; Arabic or German will be considered an advantage.
- Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and appointment or booking software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational ability.
- Neat professional presentation and grooming suitable for a healthcare workplace.
- Friendly, professional, and patient-centered manner.
