Role Overview
Meta is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to partner with large local advertisers who operate across multiple channels. This role focuses primarily on eCommerce and Retail sectors combined with brand and performance marketing on fast-growing Meta platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is strategic, enthusiastic, and customer-centric, passionate about marketing, and believes that the future lies in identity-based, data-driven marketing with measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leading companies to understand business goals and formulate Meta strategies jointly with Client Partners; this includes deriving insights, designing media plans, page strategies, creative content, and measurement approaches.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing significant influence on product roadmaps, platform strategy, and shaping Meta's overall messaging.
- Deliver dedicated account management to top clients by developing, managing, and optimizing strategic account plans while leveraging data analysis to create business solutions.
- Gain vertical industry expertise through thorough research to align marketing solutions with business objectives for advertisers.
- Oversee media planning, strategy, campaign execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization; manage budget spend and provide real-time targeting and optimization recommendations using internal analytics and dashboards.
- Lead complex projects to optimize clients' marketing objectives; manage analytics, daily data reporting, performance monitoring over multiple accounts, and develop data pipelines to track conversion and impression metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management roles.
- Solid understanding of both online and traditional advertising, with a genuine passion for digital marketing and a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt rapidly.
- Experience with ad technology and online marketing tools, understanding their application for effective marketing strategies.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and technical skills, combined with a curious and persistent mindset, and the capability to solve problems methodically and communicate clearly.
- Proven record of managing cross-functional partnerships and client relationships in dynamic, evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI tools to improve workflows and drive measurable outcomes such as increased efficiency and enhanced quality.
- Commitment to continuous AI skill development including prompt engineering and agent orchestration, staying current with emerging AI technologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of the E-commerce industry landscape.
- Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality control.
- Expertise in digital marketing, technology, and Meta advertising solutions.
