About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to foster and sustain strong connections with our clients. This role entails professional handling of client communications via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for following up on business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, maintaining accurate client data within our CRM systems, and collaborating with internal departments to provide seamless client support. A key part of your role includes resolving client issues to guarantee a superior service experience while meeting monthly satisfaction and business targets.
