Job Overview

As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing and supporting various remediation and restoration services, including tasks related to fire, water, mold, and storm damage. Your duties will cover job site preparation, cleaning, repairs, light demolition, and physically demanding labor activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls as required
• Manage inventory and pack-out contents safely
• Conduct thorough cleaning of contents and residential/commercial properties
• Provide laundry cleaning services as part of job tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of work vehicles, warehouses, equipment, and related areas
• Prepare job sites adequately for work operations
• Set up staging areas and equipment necessary for projects
• Perform remediation and restoration procedures, including cleanup and equipment disassembly

Requirements for Success

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependability
• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
• Possess a valid Newfoundland and Labrador driver's license
• Successfully pass a criminal background check

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds routinely; occasionally up to 50 pounds with help
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; perform repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and products
