Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing structures for cleaning and facilities services, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Calculate costs related to labor, materials, and time necessary for project execution.
• Maintain and contribute to pricing models that support competitive bidding processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Executives, and fellow Estimators to prepare bids and quotations.
• Analyze and interpret client documents including briefs, contracts, scopes of work, specifications, and service agreements.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize data and trends into detailed reports.
• Manage stakeholder communications and present tenders to senior leadership (C-suite).

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Demonstrate commitment and confidence in estimating roles within commercial cleaning or facilities services sectors.
• Experience with labor cost modeling and pricing within related operations or estimating roles is preferred.
• Possess keen attention to detail, strong commercial understanding, and familiarity with financial modeling and pricing benchmarks.
• Proficiency in IT skills is essential; experience with AI technologies is highly advantageous.
