Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking motivated, dependable Cleaning Team Members to join our expanding workforce. The role involves performing meticulous cleaning across various locations including residential homes, Airbnb accommodations, and commercial spaces. Each property is expected to meet the company’s strict quality standards to guarantee clients always receive excellent service. This position is part-time with flexible scheduling and involves travel throughout the West Midlands and nearby areas.

• Execute cleaning duties adhering to company quality standards.
• Sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and communal areas thoroughly.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting all necessary surfaces.
• Handle property turnovers specifically for Airbnb and short-term rental listings.
• Identify and report any maintenance concerns or property damages when found.
• Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and risk assessments.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and management.
• Organize and manage daily tasks effectively while focusing on detail accuracy.
• Act as a professional representative of The Clean House Group at all times.
