Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cleaners to join our team at one of our retail locations. This role is tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, pay close attention to detail, and derive satisfaction from maintaining clean, inviting spaces for both clients and customers.
Work Schedule
- Monday: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Friday: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Every second Saturday: 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM
This position offers award-based wages.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning tasks to a high standard
- Perform spot cleaning on furnishings
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean toilets thoroughly
- Collect rubbish
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces
- Dust all hard surfaces
Candidate Profile
- Prior cleaning experience, especially in a commercial setting, is advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Capability to follow directions and execute tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service aptitude
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Good understanding of Work Health and Safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including public holidays when necessary
- Experience operating floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus
