Job overview
This role leads cleanliness and presentation standards for the store, helping create a strong first and last impression for customers. The position covers upkeep across the parking lot, sales floor, restrooms, receiving areas, and other parts of the facility to keep the environment safe and orderly.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $33. The rate will be at least the minimum wage required in the job location. In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or work assignment, premium pay may also be available from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may apply when conditions are met.
